Computer Security Day

 Computer Security Day is an annual event that is observed worldwide. It is evident that the exponential increase in computing gadgets miss out on the aspects of the need for security. Security is an important consideration when working with computers, the Internet or indeed any electronic devices. The focus of security day is to create awareness on the aspects of security and information management.



World Computer security day was observed at 41, HTC Towers, Chennai. The event was arranged by HTC Institute of Technology Management and Research jointly with Cyber Society of India. Inaugural address was delivered by Mr.Srinivasan, PR  Point foundation. The key note address was delivered by the deputy general manager of Indian bank.  Diploma programs like diploma in cyber investigations and laws, diploma in applied gateway security, to address the industrial GAP were presented by HTC ITMR.  The event was co-sponsored by K7 antivirus and Cyberoam. The event was well received. The levels of information discussed and deliberated were good.
